All our dishes are created, tested and approved by our dietitians and nutritionists to ensure that every meal you receive is tasty and useful for your body and health.

We provide you with a schedule of recipes and an interactive shopping list. In this way, you can optimize the process of choosing and preparing your delicious and healthy homemade food.

Unlike others, we offer diets for people who want to enjoy delicious and healthy meals tailored to their specific health status, and not just a healthy recipe, which in most cases is not so pleasant to eat.

Unlike the usual static meal plans, we provide not only a list of recipes, but also a video of how exactly the specific dish is prepared, which, according to us and our users, gives great convenience and pleasure in preparing the dish.

Our team of dietitians and nutritionists has been helping people with health problems eat healthy and delicious meals since 2001. Initially, we only worked in physical locations, but once we realized that people trusted us and continued using our diet plans, we decided that we could help even more people.

In 2016, our team made our diets accessible to a maximum number of people who wanted to eat delicious and at the same time, healthy recipes, despite their health status.

Our diets are paid because they are prepared individually according to your health status, food and physical preferences, providing all elements, needed for improving your health and condition. The selection of recipes is performed by our algorithm - after filling in the questionnaire, it is checked by our dietitians and nutritionists to ensure additional security.

After filling in the questionnaire, you will see the current price of the plan.

The time to prepare your diet is usually within 1 hour after the payment. Immediately after that we send it to the email address specified during your registration.

If you do not receive your plan within 2 hours, please  check in the SPAM folder first - sometimes the email with the link to the plan is received there.

If you can't find it there, please go to MY PLAN and you'll have access to your plan by entering the email you used to purchase the plan.

YES. Allergies were one of the reasons we created MyHealth.Diet - they can be a major obstacle in daily cooking. You can eliminate any food group you are allergic to or which you just don't like.

YES. To unsubscribe, just follow this link and log in to your account, if you haven't done it yet. You will have access to your plan for the rest of the subscription cycle. Since renewals are non-refundable, we suggest that you cancel your subscription 2 business days before the renewal to ensure that the cancellation is processed in a timely manner.

Please contact our support team at payments@myhealth.diet and we will kindly advise you on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, this is not possible - the diets are generated based on your preferences, which you describe at the beginning of the order.

If you have somehow confused the foods you like, you can contact us and we will cancel your plan - then we will provide you with a free bonus code to redo your diet without having to pay again.

We hope that the recipes in your diet plan will inspire you to discover new types of foods, meet your personal goals and improve your health status.

Every time you update your food groups and ingredient exceptions during the order, we will create a new diet plan for the next period of your choice.

This is a very rare mistake, but if your payment has been declined, please check the expiration date of your card or, if you have another card, try paying with it. If this does not help, contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue.

If you want to cancel or change your order, you must contact us at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled payment (if it is a subscription). Otherwise, we will not be able to make a change or cancellation.

The prior change and cancellation is at our discretion and the refund of the total price of each canceled order will be transferred back to the PayPal account or credit card that was used to place the order.

To request a cancellation, please email us at payments@myhealth.diet or log in to the MY ORDERS section of your account.

We will really regret that you are not satisfied with our service, but if you want to cancel your nutrition plan, you can apply for a refund within 30 days. You can get a partial refund by contacting our customer support (email address: payments@myhealth.diet).

Please, provide detailed information on how the diet plan we have provided does not match the product description on our website and attach your payment receipt to the email.

Please note that all disputed transactions may take months to be finally resolved, so we most kindly ask for your patience while our customer service team contacts you directly.

If you are within 30 days of your last payment and would like to receive a refund, please contact us using the message button in the MY ORDERS section of your account.

YES. All recipes are accompanied by a video, which facilitates our users in the dish preparation.

YES. The diets are fully compatible with all genders and ages, depending on taste preferences and allergies.

Each recipe contains information about its nutritional values. You can read them like you can do on any other food label - calories, carbohydrates, fats, etc. in each serving.

For your convenience, we have specified the preparation and cooking time for each dish. We advise you to take a little extra time, if you are preparing the dish for the first time, since it is always more difficult the first time. The time you spend in the kitchen depends a lot on how much cooking experience you have.

You can do this by answering all the questions in our questionnaire correctly. In case you are hesitant, contact us by email at customers@myhealth.diet and our specialist will be happy to help you choose the right diet tailored to your specific needs.

YES. Our nutrition plans are very flexible, so you have complete control over your plan and you can replace or remove meals yourself. If you need help, let us know at customers@myhealth.diet.
